− After it being so hard to find The bed was like sleeping on concrete and the pillows were rocks, it was so uncomfortable. Provided a kettle and mugs but no spoons. The toilet was filthy at the bottom of the bowl and the shower had mould. Bugs squashed on walls .

− Experiencia muy frustrante. No lo recomiendo. El anuncio no especifica en ningún momento que se debe realizar un "Auto check-in". Las instrucciones de llegada son muy confusas, ya que envían fotos de referencias separadas por una calle y el lugar no tiene cartelería visible con su nombre, lo que dificulta mucho encontrarlo. La atención del propietario (Claudio) fue muy deficiente, con un trato hostil y sarcástico cuando le planteé mis dudas. Afortunadamente, luego nos recibió Stefano, quien fue muy amable. En cuanto al lugar, la relación calidad-precio es bajísima ($150 la noche). No se realizó ningún servicio de limpieza durante las dos noches de estadía. La habitación no contaba con mantas o frazadas suficientes, lo cual es inaceptable considerando que la temperatura nocturna en Venecia ronda los 10 grados. Además, el baño compartido se encuentra sumamente alejado de la habitación.

Die Lage war super gut, das Team nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung gemütlich. Es war sehr zentral und nahe von tollen Sehenswürdigkeiten!!

地理位置绝佳，楼下就是非常出名的冰激凌店，到达各个景点也十分的方便，几乎都是坐船和步行就可以玩的很好很好。 房东也很耐心，会提前通知入住事项和checkout事项，十分热情和贴心。 推荐！

Öncelikle konum olarak gerçekten çok iyi. Navigasyondan rastgele biryerler arattığımızda max 10dk yürüyüş mesafesinde gösteriyordu. Yatak ve yastık oldukça rahattı ve temizdi.

− En başta rezervasyon yaparken tutmuş olduğumuz odanın kişisel banyosu olduğunu görmüştük fakat tesise geldiğimizde ortak bir banyo oluğunu gördük. Bu ortak banyonun klozeti ne kadar sık temizleniyor olsa bile duşakabin oldukça lekeli ve pis gözüküyordu bu nedenle kaldığımız gün boyunca duş alamadık. Odamızın penceresi bir restoranın tam yanında bulunduğundan dolayı oldukça gürültülüydü, ayrıca klima çalışmıyor ve yorgan kılıfsız ve çok kötü bir koku ile gardolabın içinde sıkışmış bir şekilde duruyordu. Yıkanmadığı her halinden belliydi ve biz yorgan da kullanamadık. Son olarak ses yalıtımı 0 denecek kadar az. Yan odadaki olan biten her şey kulağınızda

Location was great, hotel just placed one street behind the Rialto. The owner Claudio was also too kind and helpful about everything, we selfchecked in without any problem.

− The structure was too old but it is normal. Stairs were very steep just walk carefully.
