− No elevator - not suitable for anyone who has issues with going up and down the stairs.

9.0First of all, the owner is a great men. Very helpful and understanding. The Place design was excellent,, maintain very well. Doesn't feel as shop lot. Definitely will go again. Great location as well. Convenient shops around.
− Just need to maintain a bit more on cleanliness on carpet and washroom. Other than that everything was awesome.
