8.0We were a party of 14 we had a lovely time. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. Beds were clean & comfy We had fab weather & spent most of our time in the garden & hot tub. We would return.
− A few things need updating & decorating. The cleaning could be better ie dusting.

9.0We were a group of 13 friends and loved the house. Better than photos show. All bedrooms were lovely and clean with comfy beds. Kitchen had a good size fridge and freezer.and a small table near to the larger table in the next room (open plan)which seated us all. Plenty of seating on sofas and then another large room with large snooker table and games, bar and more sofas. Also a comfy conservatory. We used the firepit and jacuzzi and enjoyed the wrap around garden. Lovely touches of toiletry bags in bathrooms and in the kitchen a bottle of prosecco and box of chocolates to welcome us. We would visit again if needed a large venue again.

Lovely time had by all but place needs a little TLC
7.0House was the perfect size for our family. Loved the layout, the games room etc. Perfect location for days out too! Outdoor area was great with the dogs and plenty of outdoor seating. Decor throughout was beautiful, could tell a lot of time and effort had gone into it.
− Part of the oven was broken which made it difficult to cook for 13 people, when we told the caretakers, they were already aware but nobody notified us prior so we kept trying it. One of the windows was broken and stuck open, which was a security issue. Again when we notified them, it was already known but not fixed. There were cobwebs around, and mice droppings under the kitchen sink too, and a mouse was seen in the utility. The place generally looked tired with stains all over the carpet. The recycling bin wasn't emptied prior to our stay so we couldn't do as requested and recycle our rubbish. No cupboard space for our food so we had to use the breakfast bar for our pantry items.
