− Wir haben bei Anreise keinen Schlüsselcode erhalten. Erst nach tel. Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter erhielten wir den Code. Die Schlüsselbox war jedoch leer. Nochmalige Telefonate waren erforderlich, um einen Schlüssel zu erhalten.

4.0The vacation home is really nice, modern, spacious, tastefully decorated and in a quiet neighborhood.
− Contact with the host before arrival. Was forced to use their own online check in system. Was forced to upload private information (which I had to repeat to write on a form once there, so was absolutely not necessary to upload) and forced to pay visitors tax even though I told her repeatedly that we had an exemption from the city. (She said she will refund it but has not.) - only to get the code for the lockbox, which she could have given me easily since we also had prepaid for the property in full. Plain was delayed 4.5 hours, I told her that before we left. Finally, being there after a long trip, we could not find the lockbox. Host was not reachable by phone! I had already contacted another hotel when we coincidentally found the lockbox - by the side of the house half hidden under vegetation! That's unacceptable. Also, that I have not received a response from booking.com so far about that.

− Defektes Gazefenster im Bad. Da können dicke Hummeln einfliegen. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder dürftig. Haben den Briefkasten zum anschließen benutzt.
