The property is very spacious with multiple outdoor spaces. There are far reaching views from the balconies and the pool area was great for young children. A home from home experience. The property owner was very attentive and responded immediately to messages.

− The elderly or very young may struggle with access as the entrance to the property is located via a long run of outside stairs. The neighbouring area lacks in facilities so shopping, restaurant/bars are realistically a drive away. Unfortunately there was a lot of dog poo on the paved areas in the surrounding California urbanisation.

Everything was perfect. Very large, spacious villa. The pool was fabulous and the beds were extremely comfortable. The host was friendly and helpful and the location was a good spot for exploring the coast. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a couple of restaurants, but I would recommend a car for getting out and about. The property and host are very family friendly. We would love to return.

In our 4-day stay at this villa, we couldn't find even a single minor flaw. Everything about it is absolutely magnificent. The entire house is designed for maximum comfort, and one gets the impression that it was built and furnished for the owner's own residence rather than for renting out. We've been to Spain many times, and quite often you find yourself in apartments where it's obvious the owner did the bare minimum for renting purposes. Here, every detail is thought through: a very comfortable and spacious kitchen, fast internet (speedtest 50mbit/sec), a beautiful swimming pool that is shaded for part of the day, and a well-maintained property. There's always the option to head to the air-conditioned gym to escape the intense heat. We were a family of four, but this house could easily accommodate two families; some rooms remained unused by us. All appliances are in perfect condition, and we never had to contact the owner due to something not working. There are lime trees and mint plants on the property; I'm not sure if we were allowed to pick them, but we did take a few for some delicious mojitos. There's a large Spar supermarket just 9 minutes away by foot. There must be restaurants further away, but we didn't find them. This place is ideal for family vacations if you don't want to jostle with others on the crowded beaches of Salou. In the evenings, all you hear are dogs and birds. My children and wife are already planning a return trip here on their next visit to Spain. We kindly ask future guests to take care of this home, into which so much effort and energy has been invested, so that when we return, everything remains in its perfect state. By the way, the grill area is also very nice, but go for charcoal instead of briquettes. Special thanks to the owner, Alberto; this is the best villa we've ever stayed at in Spain.

− It requires a bit more effort than usual for parking due to a pole that narrows the entrance. But if we managed with a large Citroen, then anyone can, you just need to turn the steering wheel a bit more than usual. In the evenings, there are many mosquitoes, so if you're dining outside, be prepared with repellent and other measures.
