4.0Apenas uma funcionária para receber, sem uma recepção. Atendimento amador e inflexível. Comunicação apenas por WhatsApp é lento. Se acontecer algum imprevisto, tem risco de ficar desassistido por tempo indeterminado.

10.0A minha estadia foi excelente, lá é muito organizado, o quarto é lindo muito bem limpo e confortável. O quarto tinha uma cozinha junto e isso facilita muito, é muito bom!!! Lá é otimo pra quem quer tranquilidade e descanso. O lugar tem muitas normas e regras, entendo que isso facilita na organização, mas na minha visão, acho que o tempo de piscina a noite nao deveria ser limitado, deveria ser a vontade dos hóspedes. Tirando isso foi tudo muito maravilhoso

2.0Ao chegar no hotel não tem recepção precisa ligar para alguém vir abrir o portão e não há recepção no local nem serviço de quarto, péssimo atendimento.
