10.0We had an amazing stay in this apartment and would also be ideal for a longer rental. The place is modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything needed for everyday living. Everything worked flawlessly, and we didn’t have a single issue during our stay. The bed was comfortable, the apartment felt fresh and well‑maintained, and we especially loved the little patio/balcony area — a great spot to relax. The central location was another huge plus: easy to get around, close to everything. A special mention goes to Marina, the administrator. She was friendly and provided clear instructions for check‑in and check‑out, which made everything effortless.

6.0La ubicación, es bonito y la encargada amable.
− El piso no estaba mal, es bonito, aunque el baño es incómodo (pequeño). No tenía sábanas acorde a la época de verano. Para entrar en el edificio es un suplicio, ya que tiene mañas la puerta, y puedes perder minutos en el intento, si es que logras abrir. Creo también que deben indicar claramente antes de la reserva que necesitan un abono, el cual no veo mal para ellos tener una garantía, pero deben indicarlo antes de la reserva y que el mismo debe ser vía transferencia, que no se puede pagar con tarjeta. Recibí varias comunicaciones después de la reserva, y eso que solo reservé una noche, por lo que no me pude olvidar del email, tenía que estar muy al pendiente, ya que esta llegaron a comentarme que me cancelaban la reserva si no hacía la transferencia de la fianza, lo cual no entendí ya que había pagado ya la estancia y no era reembolsable, aunque después me dieron la opción de darla en efectivo. Todos los días recibía un mensaje por algo adicional que necesitaban así que no me pareció nada práctico, ya que debía estar constantemente al pendiente de la reserva, no pude estar tranquila esta reserva, y es la primera vez que me pasa en booking esto, por lo general hago mi reserva, pago, si el establecimiento necesita algunos datos para adelantar el check in me los pide, se lo paso y ya, me olvido hasta el día de la estancia de la reserva, pero acá no fue el caso. Lo comento para que todos estos detalles lo comenten antes de uno hacer una reserva que no sea reembolsable.
