9.0We were a bit hesitant because the place was new to booking and didn't have many reviews but the place was great. The host was incredibly nice and tried to help us as much as he could even though his English isn't great. He made us a nice breakfast every morning with fruits and different types of Uzbeki snacks and bread. The room was comfortable and clean and it had the best shower we've had so far in Uzbekistan (enough water pressure!!). The location is great as well, you're close to the Bukhara main sights and restaurants but it's still in a quiet area. And it has a little table and bench outside which was really nice for a bit of rest or a beer in the afternoon when it was too hot to walk around. Can definitely recommend Uncle Kolya!

8.0The included breakfast was amazing (samsa, fresh fruits, tea, …). The staff was very helpful and nice. The location is perfect. We have AC in the room. We can also do laundry there.
− The bathroom was very dirty when we got in the room (toilet not clean, shower dirty, sink too) with some spider and cockroaches.

10.0Owner was very kind and helpful. On our last day we were leaving early before the breakfast time, but still he packed us food without even we asking for it. Room was very comfortable in a nice location close to the old city. Definitely will stay here again
