7.0Die Lage kann ich nicht negativ beurteilen, da es von vornherein klar war. Lido Center/ Strand ist in 10-15 Min zu erreichen. Bahnhof um nach Rom zu kommen ca. 10 Min. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Die Räume waren sauber (siehe aber (-)). Die Ausstattung für einen Kurzaufenthalt genügend Eine Living-Area fehlt aber für einen Aufenthalt von mehr als ein paar Tagen.
− Leider schienen allgemeine Fragen unerwünscht, wie die Busse funktionieren. Fragen hierzu wurden nach 10 Std beantwortet und den Hinweis, ich solle mir doch einen Uber nehmen. Ein Taxi zu bestellen, bzw. eine Nummer anzurufen sei zu kompliziert. Ob alles okay sei, kam dann nach dem Checl-Out und der Hinweis, ich solle doch 10 Sterne vergeben. Ebenso ist der Name mehr als irreführend. Luxuriös ist an der Unterkunft nichts. Der Klodeckel ist aus Plastik und enthält einen kleinen Riss. Ebenso ist die Umgebung ok, aber weit weg vom Luxuriös, ebenso die übrige Ausstattung. Würde der Name anders heißen, würde ich es aber für angemessen halten für den Preis, leicht überteuert im Gegensatz zu den anderen Wohnungen, die ich mir vorher markierte. Negativ ist zudem; dass die Wohnung direkt neben dem Aufzug ist und dieser im Schlafzimmer zu hören ist. Zum Glück wird der aber kaum benutzt. Man weiß auch, warum, wenn man ihn einmal benutzt hat. Allem in allem für 1,2 Tagen durchaus ok und auch ohne Bauchschmerzen zu buchen, aber für längere Aufenthalte eher abzuraten, was aber Geschmackssache ist. Wer eine besseres Apartment erwartet, sollte es sich auch noch einmal überlegen.

8.0The apartment is a good choice if you’re planning to go to the airport or the beach — it’s in a very convenient location. The owner was very friendly and helpful, which made my stay even better. I’d recommend it for a short and comfortable stay.

− our plane was late, therefore we arrived at the property at 9:10 pm. Nobody was there. We tried to contact the owner by phone. Finally, after some 10 minutes we did contact him only to be told that we were late and now we have to go a different address to the house of the lady that does the cleaning and that she should have the keys to the apartment. Obviously we got lost, time went on and finally we gave up. We think it is of bad taste and of poor education what the owner did to us. We really felt offended and for this reason we are going to dispute the amount we did pay, unfortunately. We ended paying 280 Euros in the only hotel we could find at about 11:00 pm.
