Would stay again as this was our number 1 spot during 3 weeks in Tassie.

9.0Location was exceptional! House was very clean and welcoming. Well equipped with essentially all we could need.
− There was nothing really that I didn't like. The only 'negative' from my point of view would be to say that the bed was a little too firm for me, but that's a personal preference.
Aside from the issues with the room.its a beautiful location. The sounds of the water perfect.
5.0The location scenery and serenity of the location was incredible. Beautiful.
− Cleanliness, toilet seat was yellow and peeling, whole toilet moved when used and room smelt like a urinal. Shower didn't drain so was standing in water while showering. Mould in shower and bathroom doors. Slow TV.

10.0The location was amazing! Looks right out over the water from the back deck. So clean and tidy. Everything was thoughtfully furnished & laid out. A real gem :)
