1.0− So bad an experience. I booked via this app with facilities including air conditioning, but I got a fan room (no air conditioning), so I had to pay extra money. For this price, I could have booked another hotel with good conditions. Moreover, the staff told me that I must contact the agency myself, which is too bad for problem-solving.
