− Relative low hight of the chairs to table and desk - like a child sitting at grown-ups table, but perhaps it's fine for a tall person..

9.0Loved the apartment. Very clean , lovely decor. Comfy beds, good facilties, responsive hosts, great location. Could not fault the apartment at all. Bed linen, towels etc lovely. Everything thought of. Host team easily contactable. Only problem and nothing to do with the hosts, was construction work on the adjoining street and they decided to store all the scaffolding equipment etc right outside the apartment door and on the fondamenta in front of the apartment. Meant we couldn't sit outside which was a shame but not the fault of the property managers as they have no jurisdiction over construction works in the area. Otherwise a great stay. Take mosquito repellant and bite cream though. Lots of mosis around from the riva.

10.0This place was so Central and close to everything. Rialto Bridge, St Mark's Square, bakery, shops and restaurants. Onw major benefit was taking the Blue Line boat from the Airport to Arsenale, you have to cross 1 bridge and that is it. There was a ramp over the bridge so no hassle with luggage. The rooms are clean, spacious and the best were Super comfortable.
