− No clear instructions were given of how to enter the property. No electric hot water jug provided. No hair dryer, no towels, no tea towels. I had to call Chez for towels. The hand basin in both bathroom was leaking. Informed Chez about it but nothing got done No essentials provided like tea, coffee extra toilet papers
