9.0Дякую за відпочинок. Ми в даному комплексі відпочиваємо третій раз. Цього року планування відпочинку було спонтанне. Бронювали вільні номери, а саме стандарт. При бронюванні трапилася плутанина, тому коли ми приїхали вільних стандартів не було. Дякуючи Адміністрації комплексу дане питання вирішилось за 30 секунд, нам надали номер "покращений люкс" на першому поверсі, біля басейну. Без будь-яких додаткових оплат. Також хочу відзначити харчування (ресторан) даного закладу - дійсно дуже дуже смачно готують, сервіс та швидкість також на високому рівні. Це не може не радувати. Дякую за відпочинок. В подальшому також плануємо приїхати на відпочинок до Гранд Готелю)))))))

10.0Відпочивпли родиною в період з 23.06 по 28.06.26 року. Коли я обирала готель, для мене важливим критерієм було укриття, басейни і кафе на території готелю. Все це я знайшла в Гранд Готелі. Ще великим плюсом було близьке розташування до моря, десь 180 м по доріжці. На пляжі були парасольки і лежаки, вони входять у вартість проживання. Дуже комфортний, пологий вхід в море. Також є два басейни з морською водою. Номери просторі, повністю всім укомплектовані. В кафе завжди все свіже і смачне, швидке обслуговування. Ми залишилися дуже задоволені. Рекомендую всім!
Все добре, все сподобалось, але немає розваг, чим зайнятись, окрім моря, басейну в поруч базарчики немає ніяких розваг,
