المكان جميل، لكن الرسوم مبالغ فيها، والتعامل غير مريح، مع دخول الشقة أثناء الإقامة وعدم مراعاة خصوصية الضيوف أو العائلات

− للأسف كانت هناك رسوم مرتفعة على أمور بسيطة، رغم أننا كنا حريصين على المحافظة على نظافة الشقة. كنت أخبرهم دائمًا أنني سأنظف المكان بالكامل قبل المغادرة، ومع ذلك كانوا يدخلون الشقة أثناء إقامتنا ويتفقدونها، مما جعلنا نشعر بعدم الخصوصية وعدم الارتياح. كما أنهم لا يقدمون خدمة تنظيف يومية، بل يقتصر الأمر على استبدال المناشف فقط. وعندما وضعنا المناشف المستخدمة في كيس لتسهيل جمعها، لم يعجبهم ذلك، رغم عدم وجود أي تعليمات توضح المكان المخصص لوضعها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، كان تعاملهم مع الأطفال غير متفهم، ولم يتقبلوا حتى الحوادث البسيطة التي قد تحدث من طفل، رغم اعتذارنا عنها مباشرة

− חסר בחדרים מקרר, קומקום, איך אפשר להכין שתייה חמה. לא החליפו כוסות שתייה. אין לובי ואין איפה לשבת. הצוות לא מזמין ולא נעים.

− Overall Rating: 2/5 We stayed at this hotel after spending several days in a nearby apartment, and unfortunately the difference in value and hospitality was significant. Considering the price, we expected a much higher standard of service and amenities. Location – 4/5 The hotel's location is very good and convenient for exploring the area. This is definitely one of its strongest advantages. Rooms – 2/5 The rooms are very basic and offer only the essentials. There is no kettle for making tea or coffee, no complimentary drinks, and very few amenities. For the price charged, we expected a much better-equipped room. Breakfast – 5/5 Breakfast was excellent. The selection was good, everything was fresh and tasty, and it was the highlight of our stay. Credit is due for providing a quality breakfast. Service & Hospitality – 1/5 This was by far the biggest disappointment. The owners were not welcoming or friendly. They rarely seemed available at the reception, and when they were, they did not create a warm or inviting atmosphere. We never felt like valued guests. What upset us the most was that our children were scolded for quietly playing in the yard. It felt as though every small thing was considered a problem. Families with children should be aware that the atmosphere may not be particularly child-friendly. Value for Money – 1/5 The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. We paid a premium price but received only a very basic room and limited service. In comparison, the apartment we stayed in previously was much better equipped, had exceptional hosts who were genuinely kind and helpful, and even provided us with towels for a swimming day free of charge. Here, guests are asked to pay extra even for towel rental. Final Thoughts The location and breakfast are the hotel's strongest points. However, hospitality is a key part of any hotel experience, and unfortunately this was where the hotel fell short.
