10.0We had our 3 bedroom apartment for the 3 of us. It was neat and clean and spacious, very near the bus and train stations (metro) and only few minutes away from our work station. Accessible to the shopping mall and eating places. It was a good deal for us, very affordable for anyone on a budget, and Dave, the property owner was very helpful. We would definitely stay there whenever we visit Mauritius

WE DID NOT STAY. WE LEFT THE APARTMENT WITHIN 45 MINUTES AND WE INFORMED THE OWNER OF OUR DECISION
1.0WE DID NOT STAY AT THE APARTMENT BECAUSE WE LEFT 45 MINUTES AFTER ARRIVAL. WE WERE APPALLED WITH THE CONDITION OF THE APRTMENT. WE DEMAND A REFUND
− WE DID NOT LIKE THE STATE OF THE APARTMENT. COCKROACHES AND DROPPINGS ON COOKING UTENSILS IN TNE SINK CUPBOARD. STAINS IN THE BATHROOM AND TOILETS (WE HAVE POTOGRAPHS EVIDENCE) . THE SPRINGS IN THE SETTEE WERE BROKEN. DUSTBINS HAVE NOT BEEN EMPTIED. EATING UTENSILS LIKE TEA AND TABLE SPOONS WERE MISSING. THE PLACE WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THE OWNER DID NOT KEEP THE PROMISES HE MADE. WE INFORMED HIM OF OUR DECISION TO SPEND OUR HOLIDAYS SOMEWHERE ELSE. WE EXPECT A FULL REFUND AND EXPECT "BOOKING .COM" TO TAKE SOME ACTION TO SUPPORT OUR CLAIM.
