2.0I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap. Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no tea or coffee either in the room or at breakfast. I honestly have no idea how this property got listed on Expedia. After speaking to the “virtual manager,” I left after just one night, but I was still charged for two nights. I’ve spoken to Expedia customer support three times since midnight, but there’s still been no resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
