9.0Large, peaceful, functional. Clean. Very spacious appartment and beside some drawbacks, well equipped.
− The house is old and there is lingering musty smell that you cannot filter out if you're sensitive. Bathroom ventilates into the hallway, and cannot be locked. There is no AC or fans, so if it's hot outside, I can imagine it would be barely bearable.
