− A few kitchen items missing or needing up-grade. eg. no cutting block or surface; knives need work; more utensils needed; basic condiments(salt, pepper , sugar) missing

− Oven was dirty still had oil and grease in a panin the oven. Showers had mould on tiles under neath sliding doors. Kitchen draws fronts came off two when opened. Some cutlery was rusted Location was beautiful and spacious Just cleanliness lacked

− Absolutely filthy dirty. I was shocked at how dirty this house was. Clean bedding and towels . But the whole apartment was disgustingly filthy. Whoever cleaned this place did a poor job.

7.0Lovely big apartment. Lovely linen and towels. Very helpful staff via phone. Was great having the washer and dryer, lovely views. Close to shops and restaurants.
− Water in kitchen didn’t work when shower being used.very low pressure even when nothing else used. A few of the drawer fronts are loose. Oven pans were dirty and greasy. Couldn’t have managed the hill without a car.
