− Place was good to stay at for one night as didn’t really sleep that well that night, bed was okay pretty firm but good for night

9.0Warm. Has everything you need. Good location in Otaki. Close to shops and BP. A bit older but that was no issue at all.

7.0Easy to find. Excellent heatpump.
− Sticky surface on beside cabinets and table. Dirt/dust in shower door track. No Sky movie channels. Could hear people talking in the next room at 12.30am (definitely not soundproof). No milk for the tea, coffee, etc that they provide.
