הדירה מאובזרת, הניקיון טעון שיפור, חוויית השינה היתה נוראית.
3.0הקירבה לים, והאביזרים בדירה.
− הניקיון טעון שיפור, והריח באמבטיות, ריח של סמרטוט רטוב. הקושי העיקרי היה לנו בלילה כשסביב השעה 1 בלילה החלו בהזזת רהיטים כנראה מהדירה מעלינו, רעש נוראי שנמשך עד 3:30 ומנע מאיתנו שינה כשמטרת הגעתינו, היתה לנוח.

− Nagyon rossz állapotban van a ház és annak környéke. A lépcsőház koszos és elhanyagolt. A bejárati ajtó nem záródik rendesen és a nappaliban lévő klíma nem működik.
