8.0What a comfortable and cozy spot, conveniently located near everything you need and just minutes from the airport. We loved having our own quiet space that truly felt like a home away from home.
− Even though it had an air unit, it stayed a little warm.
Good value for money but don't count on the kitchen
6.0The easiness to check-in and out, with the code for the door. The neighbourhood is calm. Good price.
− Some things that I did not like: the studio could have been cleaner, it was a dusty and the fridge was dirty. Even this is a studio, the only way to heat food is a microwave, which can be ok, but what puzzled me was the lack of appliances: only one dish available, and no sink nor soap to clean the one dish. So you end-up cleaning with water in the toilete sink, which does not feel very hygienic. A part from that, the space is ok and comfortable. If there were only a few more dishes and bowls and a bit more clean...

We enjoy this place we stay often as it’s close to the areas we want to go and it’s always been clean.

− The bed was extremely soft, and the rain shower head was a bit much for how small the shower is you kind of feel like your drowning.

7.0Ok value, everything I needed for a stay. "Central" location in GJT.
− "cozy" is stretching the definition of the word pretty far. A hastily converted garage that does not seem to meet code. Egress window? Nah. Random hose spigot inches from an outlet with no drain? sure. L1 drywall finish. Cozy as a storage unit with a bed in it. Property was not ready at the promised time.
