10.0The staff was very friendly, the room was prepared to the highest standards and cleaned daily during our trips in Rome. The space is carefully decorated and materials are to high quality. LaGenziana is 5 minutes walking to the Metro station and few other bus stations are available in variable locations about 1-5 minutes walking . Restaurants and planty of shops are in the neighborhood. During our stay, the neighborhood been perceived as safe, quiet and clean. Keys to the main entrance, to the floor and to the room been provided for acces. Thank you very much Kevin and your team for your hospitality !

10.0My roommate and I needed a receipt after our stay for our landlord. Kevin from la genziana was very helpful and immediately offered to send it to us. Also the rooms were really beautiful and clean. Thanks to la genziana for this really great support and communication. I can only recommend it :)
