10.0The staff were very kind and helpful. They picked us up at the bus station, booked all our tours, dropped us back at the bus station, always checked if we needed more water in the room.

10.0Los dos administradores eran extremadamente profesionales y serviciales y nos organizaron las excursiones perfectamente. Creo que nunca hemos conocido personas más amables en Nepal. Las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidos. Queda cerca de los parques.
It was a good stay , except the atmospheric heat and air conditioner not working efficiently.
7.0Family room was big, near and clean everything was perfect except the Air conditioner. Air conditioner could be of bigger capacity as per room volume. Rest was perfect.
