2.0The location but it’s on top of a hill
− Très déçue par cet hostel. La propreté était insuffisante : draps jamais changés durant la semaine, sanitaires rarement nettoyés et présence de moisissures dans les douches. La chambre était extrêmement humide, mal ventilée et les serviettes ne séchaient même pas pendant la nuit. Le petit-déjeuner annoncé comme inclus n’a été servi qu’une seule fois en une semaine. Le personnel était quasiment inexistant et il était difficile de savoir qui travaillait réellement sur place. Plusieurs douches n’avaient pas de verrou fonctionnel, ce qui posait un problème de sécurité et d’intimité. L’ambiance générale ne nous a pas fait nous sentir à l’aise ou en sécurité. Enfin, les photos de l’annonce ne reflètent pas la réalité, notamment la cuisine qui était sale et mal entretenue. Je suis restée uniquement faute d’alternative abordable à la dernière minute. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
