8.0We had a great stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They even assisted us with changing rooms after an unfortunate incident, which we really appreciated. The location is peaceful, and renting scooters through the hotel made it easy to explore the island. The pool area was also a great place to relax. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options each morning.
− The outdoor bathroom was a nice and unique feature, although it’s something guests should be aware of before booking.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, damp rooms and beds
7.0The staff were above and beyond amazing, super accommodating, friendly and polite. They helped me know which boat to book and sorted snorkelling and taxi drivers to the main Jungut beach area for dinner each night. They also allowed me to move rooms when the aircon in the bungalow wasn’t good. The breakfast was delicious and accommodated vegan and meat eaters. The location is only a short walk from Dream beach which is beautiful and quiet and 1km from Mushroom bay where the restaurants for sunset are amazing. The room was very spacious and the outside bathroom meant the moisture didn’t go into the room but was problematic when raining
− The island is extremely humid, more so than main land Bali and as a result the rooms smell and are damp. I read this about many locations and the beauty of the beaches, slower pace of life and snorkelling are worth it but I had to move from the bungalow into the main room as the bungalow was particularly damp and aircon was poor. The location is too far to walk to Jungut beach area so you need to pay for a taxi each way but that only takes 10 minutes
