Pleasant self check-in guest house/hostel
8.0Lovely accommodation near to historical centre (few minutes walk), small supermarkets, bars, restaurants nearby. Safe area, electronic key pad access, key to own room (all instructions provided beforehand). Very clean. Quiet, apart from main road traffic. Payment by booking.com. Excellent wifi/internet/network in room, not tried elsewhere. Big kitchen, clean, 2 large fridge/freezers, 4 ring gas hob (1 ring didn't work), toaster, juicer/blender, coffee maker. Pots, pans, plenty of crockery, cutlery. Large table and chairs for eating at. Good lighting. Plentyful number of cupboards. Large bedroom, double bed, bedside unit and lamp, worktop and chair, large wardrobe for storage, fan (but not too hot or cold). Decent lighting. Window with bars so can be opened to allow in fresh air). Medium size bathroom, decent lighting, very good hot water shower (boiler in room). Sink plug!
− No visible signs of recycling. No drinking water provided. Check-in and communications via online concierge service which isn't the easiest to use, including having to upload ID photos. Also, they provided incorrect wifi password (letter missing). Nowhere to wash clothes. No bin or clothes hooks in bedroom. Bed was exceedingly saggy on one side. Cupboards and fridge shelves in kitchen could be assigned to a room each making food storage easier. Could do with replacing some older cooking pans.

− No contaba con plancha y el WiFi no funcionaba ya que no me pude conectar a la red.
