7.0Big bright apartment with a long balcony and a beautiful view of the ocean. Very handy supermarket right outside the development. The area is on a stretch of street that leads to the big cliffs and the bus stop is only a few minutes away.
− The handover was pretty confusing, I found it hard to find the place and communication was really slow. The internal gate to the flat is broken and was always open. Both balcony doors didn't close, I emailed the management but no action was taken. It is quite noisy early in the morning due to lorry unloading food.

8.0L'appartement est très bien, moderne et propre avec une belle vue sur l'océan. L'emplacement est bien, proche de la mer. Juste à proximité il y a des restaurants et des supérettes.
− Dans la rue, il n'y a pas de numéro, l'emplacement est donc difficile de localiser l'adresse. Pour accéder au bâtiment ou se trouve l'appartement, vous devez rentrer un code, puis recevoir par SMS en code pour entrer, cela n'a jamais fonctionné, nous avons dû attendre que des personnes entrent. Le stationnement dans la rue est un peu difficile, il y a beaucoup de places, mais également beaucoup de monde.
