A great short break for end-of-season ski-ing.
9.0It was warm, spacious, clean and bright. The apartment had a bath, not just a shower. Location was convenient for ski lifts. Ski rental was in the basement of the apartment block. Communication with Kyril was quick and we had clear instructions in advance for how to get into the property.
− We felt uneasy about leaving the hot water switched on as the tank overflowed when it got hot. There was a bowl to catch the drips but we didn't know if the bowl would overflow. (Perhaps this is normal plumbing in Bulgaria?) We therefore had to wait for the tank to heat up while we were in the apartment. Some basic instructions would be helpful. It would be helpful for taxi drivers to list the apartment as Flora Apart Hotel, Violet residence, not 'Charming winter studio'. Advice for self-catering: bring your own fruit and veg as none was available in the resort supermarkets at the end of the ski season.

10.0Exceptional location in between both the main lift and the gondola , honestly you can't beat that . Super spacious flat ,clean as fresh snow with all kinds of amenities you can ask for , super hot water 24/7 , balcony to use any way you like and enjoy , huge windows if you like ample light to come in or just see the outside view of the moon , fast elevator but my recommendation is to make the elevator door delay a bit more as it closes too fast and when you have things you carry you need to reopen it again and again , bottom line is that if you find it available don't even hesitate for a second to book it or the next person in line will , is going out like a hot cake .

10.0We had a truly comfortable stay in this beautiful apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable. The apartment was clean and perfectly located in the heart of the city. We were also able to find parking in the surrounding area. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

10.0Perfect location, nice and clean. Had a slight issue with water leaking from the boiler but they sent a technician to fix it the same day.
