We were disappointed in the last-minute change of location that we really couldn’t negotiate. We were informed one hour
1.0− We did not get to stay at the shallow at the last minute we were told we had to transfer to a different location, which was not as convenient for our stay. I never even got to see the shallow.

10.0Loved the screened-in porch, ease of checking in, shower heads, parking (once we figured out which was your lot) and location. I also appreciated the cosmetic shelf in mirror of master bath. Us oldskies have lots of creams, lotions & stuff :)
− It wasn’t crystal clear at check-in which parking lot was yours, til we walked past sign for funeral home. Maybe a note about parking being in front of the house, included in your check-in rules? (And if I somehow missed that, please disregard). I’d have loved more hangers distributed throughout closets. And would have appreciated a side table beside sink in master bath, as it’d be more handy/useful than the metal hanging rack currently there.

8.0The location was great! The house was within walking distance of all of downtown Saugatuck. The house had plenty of space inside and was very clean.
− The master suite to the left of the kitchen was very damp throughout the stay. It would be of benefit to include a dehumidifier or fan for that space.
