8.0A localização é boa. Fica próximo à praia, farmácia, supermercado e padaria. Apesar que achamos as coisas muito caras e preferimos comprar em um supermercado mais afastado. O preço do supermercado ao lado era 3 vezes mais.
− A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. O vaso sanitário parece que não tinha sido bem lavado, estava amarelo. Eu mesma comprei uma água sanitária e lavei antes de usarmos. Os armários da cozinha estavam muito engordurado.
Foi boa mais alguns detalhes q descrevi dexou a desejar.
8.0A cama do quanto q tem a cama de solteiro junto muito dura, machuca muito as costas sem Conforto algum.
