Family weekend away
9.0• the house provided lounge area both upstairs and downstairs which gave enough space for the 7 of us • spacious master bedroom with walk in closet and large ensuite with his and her basin. Master bedroom also have its own spacious balcony. • quite neighbourhood with private access to a broadwalk, great for both morning and afternoon stroll around the lagoon. • house came with 3 bathrooms and toilets which make it comfortable if more than 2 people need to use.
− We came across some unfortunate issues that largely did not contribute to a negative experience during our stay and we did not feel the need to contact the owner. • ducted aircon would not operate though the weather and climate weren't too hot for it to be use. • the garage door remote would not operate the roller door • the dead bolt key would not operate the lock on the main door as per instructions advised. • the bottom 3 steps blended in with the bottom floor which can create an accident as there is not continuous hand rail from the wooden steps.

7.0Good, central location easy to get to. Fantastic outlook over the waterway and into forest Clean and well appointed. Large home with plenty of space.
− No blind in main bed (above bed) with outside street light streaming light directly into room. Absence of blinds which doesn't provide any privacy and makes for a cold house in winter (would be nice in summer months). Kitchen / living area had a smell of prawns or similar that lingered for days (presumably from a prior visit) No clothes hangers in the main bedroom closet (yet plenty of hanging space!). No cupboards / hanging space in the 2 upstairs bedrooms (? strange)
