10.0We loved our stay at Sanjee Villa so much. Sanjee is such a wonderful guy. His family are incredibly friendly and Sanjee will help you with anything he can possibly do to make your stay in hikkaduwa as pleasant as possible. His wife does an excellent cooking course too. The house is excellent location close to beach but in a nice quiet area so no noise from the main road. The rooms are very nice. Spotless clean and very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful such a nice peaceful place to relax outside. So nice. Highly recommend.

10.0First I don’t normally book places that don’t have many reviews but I gave this one a shot as it was new and I’m very happy I booked it! Had such a lovely stay at Sanjee Villa, the owners are a beautiful local family that are extremely helpful and friendly! Offering us coconuts and answering any questions we had! The house is clean and nicely furnished and has a beautiful garden to sit in. There is kitchen and washing machine for use, location is a short walk into town and beach and also to bus and train station. Great value for money! Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you for having us in your beautiful home!
− Everything was great, there are mosquitos just like everywhere else in Sri Lanka but both beds have mosquito nets provided!
