4.0Küchenausstattung, dachfenster, natur, ausblick, bett war komfortabel (nicht sauber), fernseher, kerzen sehr viele, dusche war schön
− Sehr schmutzig, ekelhaft, bett war voller Haare, Bettwäsche nicht gewaschen, Sofa schmutzig mit vielen flecken, gestank im zimmer wie oma geruch

8.0Vybavení - nádobí (hrnce, sklenice, hrnky…vše co je potřeba)konvice, lednice, nový nábytek - vkusně zařízeno, výhled na lipno ze střešního okna, komunikace s pronajímatelem-výtky hned promtně vyřešeno, možnost stravování - 100 m (snídaně, jídlo přes den).
− Kód pro otevření (žádný klíč, nemožnost zamknout se-bezpečnost, dále pokud hosté nechají otevřené dveře od vchodu- nebezpečné), apartmány nevlastní 1 osoba (v případě rušení nočního klidu nelze vyřešit přes pronajímatele), nic moc pláž - bez vybavení, 20 min. pešky o hodně lepší s toaletami, barem atd.

10.0Krásný moderní apartmán, plný úžasných detailů, které zpříjemní pobyt. Super lokalita.
− Při příjezdu jsme nepoznali, které dveře do apartmánu jsou naše, protože chybí číslování. Chyběl tříděný odpad.
