WATER HEATER NOT WORKING, No H/stay signage, owner not responsive to message.

− 1. Condition should be checked before guest checkin. 2. Owner not responsive to message. Till now they didn't reply my message. 3. Balcony in open space, nearby main road & full of dust. Need to clean. 4. No homestay signboard. Difficult to reach. 5. Access door in 2nd room couldn't be opened from inside & outside. 6. Price should be revised. 7. Lantai toilet, rak toilet, piping toilet boleh dibersihkan lagi & dimurnikan 8. Didn't expect the homestay is actually 3rd floor of shop house. 9. No access for disable / wheel chair. Need to climb the stairs. 10. WATER HEATER NOT WORKING.
