8.0Nagyon tiszta, barátságos, izléses berendezés, szuper elhelyezkedés.
− A falak szó szerint papírból vannak, este nem lehet elaludni az iszonyú zajtól, ami a felettünk lévő lakásból jött. Nem a szonszédok hibája, egyszerűen nulla a hangszigetelés. Sajnálatos, mert amúgy egy szuper kis fészek.
