Disappointing experience
1.0The apartment was ok.
− Key needs to be collected half an hour drive away. That's very inconvenient, especially if you have already driven all day. Gas was empty the first night, which meant no hot water and no cooking opportunity. It got replaced on the second day but we were not made aware of it so that we only found out about it by chance and much later. We could not dispose of our waste because we were not provided the QR needed to access the waste bins. We have unsuccessfully been waiting for the business invoice even though we provided tax ID. Very unprofessional management.
