Cozy Palace♡

Very much enjoyed our stay at the cozy palace. Fishing was not as good as expected.

Location excellent. AC was a godsend due to the extreme heat weather. Very nice common room with TV and sofas. Very clean and welcoming. Met the back neighbor who was very nice and helpful.

− The downstairs small toilet was virtually unusable due to its tendency to clog but there were 2 other toilets that were fine. Tripping hazard on the strip that joins the flooring between the entry and the common TV room. Would have been nice to have a second set of towels.

This is a great spot for a group of adults. Many previous reviewers mentioned kids, but the house is set up for multiple adults lovely location excellent value super highly recommend.

− only thing is that the dishwashing soap and detergent was not enough we couldn't enjoy the fire pit due to rain uni

It’s a great bargain for concert goers to Bethel Woods coming in from other parts of the state!

It is big enough to accommodate a large family (5-7 persons) or group… and very peaceful and quiet. There was an adequate supply of sundry items (coffee, sugar) and the instructions/information (access codes, Wi-Fi etc) provided for the convenience of guests and hosts were clear and easy to follow.

− This is more in line with some suggestions than “dislike”: - Dry coffee creamer or liquid ultra-high pasteurized half-and-half (or non-dairy equivalent) might be nice as an added convenience (very long shelf life) - Stevia or artificial sweetener for those who have restrictive sugar intake might hit the spot, along with bagged tea Alternatively, info (esp. open hours) for local convenience stores or grocers/farmer’s markets apropos to the typical guest base.
