10.0Devo dire che abbiamo scelto questa struttura principalmente per il prezzo basso ma... che sorpresa! Appartamento veramente carinissimo, ben tenuto, ben fornito e pulitissimo! Pulizia da 10 e lode. La signora che ci ha accolte è stata gentilissima e ha lasciato a disposizione in cucina tutto il necessario per fare colazione (assolutamente non scontato come servizio) e pure compreso nel prezzo! Posizione eccellente, vicina al centro, ai punti salienti della città, ma anche a 6 minuti a piedi da un parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Davvero una bellissima scoperta!

Lovely apartment with great host.
10.0The apartment we stayed was on the ground floor of an historic building, very secure and well positioned for all the sightseeing of Brescia. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay, and the host Simona went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Some muffins and biscuits were left for us to enjoy, and also teas and coffee capsules. Although there was no aircon in the apartment and there were 35 degrees when we arrived, there were fans everywhere and they were enough to keep us cool. Highly recommended.
Welcoming space with well equipped kitchen
10.0This property is in an interesting historic building. The fit-out is a little bohemian rather than "luxe" but very comfortable. The host is charming and has equipped the property with many thoughtful touches - umbrellas, make up removal pads and cotton tips etc etc. The kitchen is well equipped with good, sharp knives and a supply of teas, coffee, oil, vinegar and basic spices. We would happily stay again.
− Glass door separating the 2 bedrooms wasn't ideal for our group (older couple with adult child) due to light transference and less sound separation than a more solid door would provide. This is a very minor issue.
