− Old and need renovation urgently. Value per money is low and no discounts. No flexabilty from upper management on anything. One manager was rude and aggressive.
Have stayed there many times in the past and has been fine, this time a little disappointed with the changes mentioned a

− Toilet backing up , and recent renovations changes to the poolside unnecessary and cheapening the aesthetic around the pool with a bubbles pool club sign , the animals are a nice touch but the chickens and guinea fowl are a nuisance in the morning. Staff suspicious around room contents and forgot to leave extra pillow cases on pillows , then thought we had purloined them ??
