9.0Excellent location. Bedrooms large and electric blankets were a bonus. Ducted heating -great for us Queenslanders! Kitchen big and bright, and board games selection. The owners put the heating on for us so that it was toasty when we arrived. So appreciated.
− We read the reviews about the hot water so we’re pretty frugal to avoid any cold showers. It was disappointing to not take advantage of the amazing bathtub. Would highly encourage larger hot water capacity please.
