10.0This is the second time I stayed at this location, and I specifically scheduled my trip thru Boise downtown to make sure I stay there overnight. My experience in both cases was absolutely exceptional. I travel a lot and spent many nights in the hotel, what I really like about this. One is the fact that it's very clean, the staff is a very accommodating, the location is phenomenal, so convenient on all levels!
− Unfortunately, I was only there for one night.I wish I would have stayed longer.

10.0The staff was very easy to deal with, and what I loved about the place is that it was very well located. Not to mention it was bright and clean and had a very great modern vibe while at the same time being very cosy. The robes were a special touch.
Great downtown boutique hotel in Boise, easy walks to great food and a coffee shop in the lobby.
9.0Coffee shop in the lobby is a plus. The front desk felt busy AND was responsive to questions. Easy walk to the Y for a workout and then to dinner. On-site parking worked because I was early in and hotel was not fully booked. Downtown Boise has a lot going on so this would be my one caveat.
− It's a timing "thing" - the highly rated food truck that's right outside was closed.
