− State of disrepair of the bathroom was worrying. Toilet not attached to floor or wall. Bathroom sink and pedestal not secured to floor or wall. Bathroom half painted. Locks on bedroom and bathroom doors were hanging loose. Unsure if smoke alarms were connected and activated.

10.0A great spot; Ger is an absolute gent; really friendly and helpful! Around a 10minute drive from Limerick City; was considerably more reasonably priced than the hotels for the night. the room was great, comfy bed and very clean. Couldn’t recommend more.
