3.0Whilst the owners are pleasant and helpful, this is more akin to a Hostel than an Inn. We were expected to eat in our room with no chair yet there was a large Dining Room. My wife asked if we could use and the owners did say yes. Nobody around at check in time or departure. Not in the centre of town but a food store not far away. One of our worst stays in our 5 weeks in Asia although, as I say, the owners were pleasant.

10.0We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect for catching sunrise over the bridge. The room was warm, clean, and comfy. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Our host was so sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I can't wait to stay again!

9.0The owners were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Very fast communication. The heater worked very well and the location is excellent, near a big market. The beds are japanese style, so be aware that they can be a little hard for some people.
