We loved it as was so unusual and had so many amenities.

There were a lot of facilities and amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked with tea, coffee etc. plastic cups for use in pool and coffee machine, toaster. Everything you could need. Also bags of ice were a lovely touch. Lots of Alexa’s for music etc. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also charming and aesthetic. We all had a massage from 2 ladies called Debbie. They were excellent and worked so hard, such lovely ladies. The massages were tailored to our needs making it an amazing experience. We also loved the hot, bubble pool with the mood lighting and the steam room.

− The overall property was a little tired and dated and could do with some updating. The bathroom tiling was a little cracked and the kitchen work surfaces very stained. The floor was a little dirty and a lot of glass was found around the settee and some was stepped on in the kitchen.

A lovely getaway with amazing facilities and a really relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to go for a relaxing couples getaway or with a group. Not far from good shops and facilities, as well as local attractions.

− Cleanliness of food consumption equipment (cutlery & preparation tools) could have been a lot better. All required re-washing prior to use. Apart from that, no issues.

This property could be really nice if a little effort was put in by the cleaners

This property has great potential if it was at least cleaned properly , would be an idea to get a blind or curtain for the front door and also the sky lights

− dirty everywhere , not been hoovered or mopped in ages. As a cleaner myself I think maybe Gary should be checking on his staff more regularly

We had an amazing time during our stay in Portsmouth! The location was perfect – close to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, pretty, and very well organised, making our stay super comfortable. The highlight was definitely the SPA – absolutely fantastic and such a treat. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’d love to come back!

great location, close walk to the sea front. the property's everything you need for a lovely relaxing spa day. hot tub and steam room were great. host was super helpful and very responsive.
