− Il est difficile de se garer, la rue est très pentue et pas forcément accessible à des personnes en petite santé Sur les trois cafetières, deux sont défectueuses

6.0Location excellent but steep hill could be challenging. Supermarket etc nearby
− Unfortunately number of functionality issues. An instruction guide is essential as had problems with electricity tripping, front door handle coming away in our hand, broken key. Missing light bulbs, flat batteries in remote. Most issues resolved by landlord and good/easy communication. Apartment needs more attention to detail.

− Il mio soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato breve, ma purtroppo sufficiente per riscontrare diversi disagi. Al mio arrivo, ho trovato l’ascensore inutilizzabile perché la porta del quarto piano era stata lasciata aperta. Sono quindi stato costretto a salire quattro piani a piedi con valigie pesanti: non esattamente il benvenuto che ci si aspetta. L’appartamento era in ordine, ma sprovvisto di zanzariere: un problema, considerando la presenza di insetti e il caldo estivo, che rende difficile tenere le finestre chiuse. Inoltre, la notte prima del check-out, dopo le 23, l’host mi ha scritto per ricordarmi che avrei dovuto buttare la spazzatura prima di lasciare l’alloggio. Una comunicazione arrivata decisamente tardi, che mi ha disturbato, anche perché non mi era mai stato fornito un regolamento della casa né al momento della prenotazione né all’arrivo. Considerando la brevità del soggiorno, trovo sinceramente poco comprensibile questa richiesta: se l’avessi saputo in anticipo, avrei scelto volentieri un albergo, dove certe incombenze non spettano agli ospiti. Peccato, con un po’ più di attenzione da parte dell’host l’esperienza avrebbe potuto essere migliore.

6.0Die Lage war super. Nach unserem Strandtag hatten wir genügend Platz (inkl. vorhandener Wäscheständer) unsere Sachen zu trocknen. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig.
− Die gesamte Wohnungseinrichtung ist marode. Im 2ten Badezimmer (Badewanne) fehlt einen Duschvorhang. Gesamthaft mangelt es an Qualität der einzelnen Einrichtungsstücken (WC-Deckel hält nicht, Küchenutensilien teils defekt oder auch verschmutzt.)
