10.0The owner was very friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in. The location was great: very quiet, but only a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants and some of the historic sites. The shared kitchen and filtered water were very convenient, and the price was good.

10.0We really enjoyed our stay here, we had the place to ourselves at the time and found it very comfortable and relaxing. Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, he organised a tour guide to take us around Anuradhapura. He also brought us fruit which was a nice surprise. I had an injured arm and he gave me an extra pillow so I could sleep more comfortably. The location is great because you can walk places and don't necessarily need a ride. Overall we really liked staying here and would definitely book again if we came back.

− I am writing to formally complain about a price discrepancy regarding my stay. When I made my reservation through the app, the confirmed price was Rs. 15,561. However, upon checkout, I was charged Rs. 18,827 which is a difference of Rs. 3266. As this constitutes a misrepresentation of the agreed-upon service price, I am not happy to use the booking.com app. because Rs. 18,827 for two days not worth at all with the provided facilities.
