It was ok but basic for the price
7.0It was where we needed to be and had to do a very late booking ( on the day) Lounge and bedrooms were good.
− The bathroom and kitchen old. The kitchen facilities were very poor and lots of old food on floor by cooker and fridge.

− Poorly maintained property in need of TLC and upgrade of carpets and cooker. Shower curtain soiled, waste bins broken, communal areas both inside and out not maintained or clean. Toilet not functioning on arrival (though quickly remedied by visit of plumber). Builders on site throughout visit hammering and drilling on scaffolding directly outside bedroom windows and on the roof from 0830am.

8.0Location. It suited our needs well. We loved the way the sun shone into the lounge in the afternoon. Was very relaxing.
− Only 3 cups for 5 people meant a washing up relay every time we wanted a cup of tea or coffee!!
