Regular como hotel solo cumple bien como alojamiento

La atención del Personal. Las piezas ok nuevas y limpias aún cuando no tenían buena iluminación

− No tiene las condiciones para calificar como hotel …. Son piezas más tipo bead and breakfast… sin otros lugares comunes, sin comedor ni sala de estar ….en un entorno exterior feo, con perros dando vueltas. Sin dónde tomar cómodamente desayuno más que en la terraza donde Se volaba todo

El lugar no vale la pena por lo que cobran

Lo mejor fue el desayuno

− Durante el día no había personal en las instalaciones. Solo comunicación por wsp. A pesar de solicitar el aseo de la habitación, no fue realizado. Incluso la bandeja del desayuno que quedó sobre una mesa en la terraza fue retirada al día siguiente.

Recomendo! O hotel tem uma linda vista, ótimo atendimento, o quarto é confortável e o café da manhã que é servido na varanda do quarto é muito bom, e nos dias de passeio cedo ainda tem a gentileza de deixar um café da manhã para levar! Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza!

− Só tem uma questão com a temperatura da ducha que não é estável e muda de temperatura com frequência, mas não foi algo que atrapalhou a minha experiência.

The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was helpful and attentive. We had breakfast everyday delivered to our rooms. The bathrooms were spacious and clean with good water pressure. We booked 2 rooms for a group of 5. I honestly cannot wait until this place is completed, looks like they were fixing up the pool area. I see good potential for the space they have.

− The property was located outside the city center about 30 mins walk so renting a car was helpful. The rooms would get very warm during the day, they don't have any climate control options for the rooms other than windows in the bathroom.

The rooms and bathrooms are new and nice.

− The breakfast concept is very annoying, you have to preorder the day before and it gets delivered to your room, so there's no flexibility in the morning. There's also no table in the room, so you can only eat it on the terrace, which is pretty cold if you start early, and also overlooks the dirt parking lot. The breakfast was also consistently ~15 minutes late, which is problematic if you have things scheduled. Also, the items that I selected on the order sheet just did not arrive, for example the bread was not fresh as selected. Portions were also on the smaller side. The vibe of the hotel is not nice. It's 5 terraced rooms in a dirt parking lot, with a three legged stray dog consistently chilling outside my room (and barking in the middle of the night as well). There was construction going on at the pool, and after that was finished I checked it out and both the pool and the chairs were too dirty to enjoy. There were also no pool towels. The hot water would run for 30 seconds max and then only come back after minutes. The heavy front gate had to be pushed open and closed manually when arriving and leaving. On the last day of my stay it suddenly wouldn't open anymore, because they had fixed the motor. However, I wasn't given a remote for it, so I was actually stuck inside for a while. There was nobody on site most of the time, and it took some time for them to reply through WhatsApp.
