L’appartement est au calme dans un bâtiment à l’écart du bruit. Il est spacieux et confortable Notre hôte fût extrêmement sympathique ! La piscine est un plus incroyable.

− Comme évoqué avec la propriétaire. Il y a un certain nombre de fourmis et aussi une mise à la terre avec le lave vaisselle qui n’est pas optimale. Il manque un parking à la copropriété toutefois la rue est assez sûr avec des patrouilles régulières de sécurité. Sinon RAS il faisait très frais dont pas besoin de mettre la Clim !

La ubicación es perfecta. Tiene muy bonitas vistas de la montaña y el mar. A pocos minutos de la playa de Sitges.

− Trop petite pour quatre personnes, chambre exègue, terrasse mal disposée, deux chaises , la troisième cassée, la vue cachée par un mur au milieu. Absence de papier toilette, de liquide vaisselle de lessive de sac de poubelle

Carmen and Jaume were very accommodating about my changing schedule. They responded quickly to all my messages. They came immediately to fix the WiFi. Carmen offered to take my electronics to the deixalleria. The apartment is large overall, though the bedroom is uncomfortably small. Close to town and the beach, though you need a car. There is a ton of storage: closets and drawers. There is a kitchen. There is a work desk, though it is very small.

− Cold: There's not enough hot water to wash hair and take a shower; I even crawled under the deck to adjust the water heater, but it did not help. There is only 1 heater that points away from bedroom and towards a single-pane window, so it doesn’t heat anything but a small work desk. No blinds on the living room windows, so the heater is even more inefficient. The shower has a single-pane window and it's really cold. Cleanliness: overall, the apartment was quite unclean. Stains on the bed-sheets, stains on every quilt. Dirt in the tracks of the sliding doors. Dirt everywhere: on walls, every light switch, corners. Black mold on window sills (the window leaks when it rains.) Neatness: overall, the finishing touches on the apartment are sloppy: wall paint dripped onto the base moldings. Flooring doesn't come all the way to the wall in places, and dirt collects in the gaps. Wiring races aren't attached to the floor or walls. Outlet casings not attached firmly to the walls. The kitchen counter doesn't extend all the way over the dishwasher; it's just sloppiness. A piece of paper taped over a vent in the sliding door instead of actually fixing it. I had to manhandle the sliding doors to open and close them; very difficult. Comfort: the bedroom is so small that it's Impossible to make bed without hauling the bed away from the wall. I had to walk into the bedroom sideways. There is an elevator to go from floor 0 to floor 1, but there are 47 steps before and after the elevator. Water takes a verrrry long time to drain from the kitchen sink. or from the shower floor. No clothes dryer, though it rained every day when i was there and i couldn't hang my clothes outside to dry. Kitchen was rather minimally equipped; for example, a cutting board too small to even cut a cauliflower.
